We ship every order from our fulfillment partner with the same care we put into the formula itself — properly packed, properly tracked, no shortcuts.
Where we ship
All 27 countries of the European Union and the United States.
Delivery time
EU orders: 5–21 business days.
US orders: 7–21 business days.
These times run from the day you place your order and include 1–3 business days to process and pack it. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, with tracking included.
Shipping cost
Flat $7 per order, and free on orders of $80 or more.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If tracking hasn't updated in a while, that's normal for international transit — it doesn't mean your order is lost.
Delays
Customs processing, weather, and carrier volume can occasionally extend delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, email support@welavoue.com and we'll look into it.
