EU customers: your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you're ordering from the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Because our serums are sealed for hygiene and health-protection reasons, this applies to items that are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging; once a seal is broken, the item can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless it's faulty or was shipped in error. Email us to start the process.
US customers
Outside the EU, we don't offer discretionary returns. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
